3 Summer Outfits for Women

I recently posted this new nautical scarf in yellow, red, and navy blue stripes. The scarf was inspired by a sailing trip to the South Pacific and one of my favorite designers. It's available in various sizes and fabrics.

As women, we always like to look good and we strive to put our best efforts forward to make that happen. Sometimes, we like a piece of clothing, a piece of jewelry or even a pair of shoes but we may wonder how to make a whole outfit. Few have a knack for doing that. Others may needs a little bit of help. For those who want to know how to wear this nautical scarf, I put together 3 different summer outfits for women.

Summer outfit for women #1, white and gold

What you need:

  1. My nautical scarf.

  2. A fitted white t-shirt or blouse with short sleeve or three-quarter sleeve.

  3. Sailor pants either white or navy blue. You may choose skinny white denim instead of the sailor pants.

  4. Optional – a few gold bangle bracelets.

  2. A white button down shirt with three-quarter sleeve or rolled sleeves.

  3. Red or navy shorts. The length can be from very short to bermudas depending on what you are comfortable with.

  4. Skinny yellow belt with embellishments or a gold chain belt.

When tying your scarf, go for a simple knot or use a scarf ring. The scarf will add a lot of interesting detail to any outfit so it doesn't call a complicated knot.

These 3 summer outfits for women are suitable for lunch with friends, a summer party, a yacht party, or a company party. The last outfit is the least formal. These outfits are also good for spring. Add a white blazer for a more formal look or a white denim jacket to dress it down.

My rule of thumb with any outfit is—make sure you are comfortable. Comfort equals confidence.
